Alex Szkaradek is a visionary leader at the forefront of finance, global risk management, and government contracting. As Vice President of The North Group Europe and CEO of Sun Holdings Capital LTD, he has earned a stellar reputation for his strategic leadership and innovative solutions. With over 20 years of experience in structured finance, government contracts, and commodities trading, Alex stands out as a pivotal figure whose influence spans industries and continents.

Alex’s career began with dual degrees in finance and real estate from the University of South Carolina, launching him into mortgage banking at Wells Fargo. His natural talent for real estate analysis and structured debt transactions quickly propelled him to executive positions in commercial banking, where he mastered high-stakes mergers and acquisitions. However, Alex’s entrepreneurial spirit came to life when he founded Vision Property Management. Under his leadership, the company became one of the largest privately held housing portfolios in the United States, managing nearly 12,000 properties. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes led to a landmark capital transaction with Atalaya Capital Management, fueling Vision’s strong growth strategy. After a successful public exit in December 2019, Alex solidified his place as a leader in real estate and finance.

When the world was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, Alex’s instinct to help took center stage. Depending on his extensive experience in global logistics and international finance, he founded SC Health Corporation and has led an international effort to supply over 30 million pieces of Personal Protective Equipment to frontline workers and government agencies. SC Health secured a memorable $236 million contract with the AirBoss Defense Group, providing critical nitrile gloves to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This record-breaking deal not only set new standards for federal contracting but also showcased his ability to lead in times of unprecedented challenge.

Alex’s commitment to service runs deep, inspired by his grandfather, a WWII veteran and proud Polish patriot. This family legacy drives his passion for supporting Polish expansion in sectors like defense and structured finance. His collaboration with AirBoss Defense Group, particularly with the Husky 2G initiative, highlights his dedication to global security and humanitarian efforts.
