The Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC) was proud to represent the ethical voice of interdisciplinary research during the prestigious XIX Conference of Italian Researchers in the World, held at the European Parliament in Brussels. This landmark event gathered renowned academics, institutional leaders, diplomats, and representatives of Italian scientific communities from across the globe.

Our President, Sir Prof. Dr. Gabriele Pao-Pei Andreoli, delivered the official welcoming address on behalf of the Founder and Chairman of the Conference, Mr. Vincenzo Arcobelli, and moderated the institutional segment of the event. His intervention highlighted IASC’s enduring mission: to unite scientific advancement with ethical responsibility, fostering dialogue between disciplines, institutions, and cultures.

The institutional session was enriched by the participation of:
• H.E. Antonella Sberna, Vice President of the European Parliament
• Prof. Anne Weyembergh, Vice Rector, Université libre de Bruxelles
• Dr. Andrea Giuffrida, President, Texas Scientific Italian Community
• Mr. Antonio Cenini, CGIE Representative
• H.E. Federica Favi, Italian Ambassador to Belgium
• And numerous representatives of Italian researchers’ associations abroad

As a recognized platform for interdisciplinary innovation, peace-building, and diplomatic engagement, IASC reaffirmed its commitment to ethical technology, regenerative sciences, and educational transformation through its global initiative, the World Changers Summit (www.wcsiasc.org).

This gathering also underscored the invaluable role of Italian researchers abroad, whose work bridges continents and strengthens Italy’s scientific and cultural presence on the global stage. We extend our appreciation to:
• Cristina Bettin (AISSI, Israel)
• Ilaria Pagani (ARIA, Australia)
• Rossana De Angelis (RÉCIF, France)
• Carla Molteni (AISUK, UK)
• Fabio Pinna (AIRIcerca, Belgium)
• Simone Lucatello, on behalf of Rosanna Bonasia (ARIM, Mexico)

We are deeply grateful to Mr. Vincenzo Arcobelli for his unwavering vision in creating and sustaining this vital conference, which has now reached its nineteenth edition.

Through occasions such as this, IASC continues to fulfill its foundational vision: to act as a bridge between knowledge and conscience, research and humanity, policy and principle—championing cooperation, inclusion, and innovation for the betterment of our global society.
