As the Founder of the World Kindness Trust (WKT) and Neuropower World (NPW), Hazleen has pioneered initiatives that translate empathy into structured systems—advancing equity, access, and opportunity for women and the neurodiverse community worldwide. In her role as Global Deputy CEO of the Institute of Neurodiversity (ION), she drives cross-border advocacy and leadership, ensuring neurodiverse talent is recognized and included in shaping the future of work.

Her visionary investments embody bold, barrier-breaking ideas. For example, Ready Set Jet, a science-driven beauty and wellness company, conducted the first-ever beauty science experiments aboard the International Space Station (Axiom 4 mission)—a milestone that exemplifies Hazleen’s ability to support ventures that transcend industries and redefine boundaries.

Through Hazleen Ahmad Global Impact Ventures, she is building a Women-Led Think Tank and Global Impact Action Network, creating bridges between for-profit innovation, social enterprise, and non-profit missions.
