Agata Pawlik is an experienced international conference professional with a strong foundation in strategic partnerships and execution of high-impact global events. She led the Connection Conference Centre at COP28, as well as produced numerous key global conferences and summits for Informa and Dubai World Trade Centre.
Due to her numerous intercultural experiences and key assignments she developed a multidisciplinary approach to complex project planning and stakeholder engagement.
Agata has built her career on the principles of integrity, purpose driven leadership and measurable impact. Throughout her professional journey she has founded The Strategic Connections where she is overseeing high-level convenings that bridge academic, institutional and sectoral communities.
Her work is characterised by a commitment to fostering collaboration across borders, sectors and disciplines, with particular strength in designing experiences that catalyse dialogue, innovation and strategic partnerships.
Agata brings to IASC a seasoned capacity for orchestrating complex international programmes, a global network of professional relationships, and a values-centred leadership style rooted in clarity, purpose and impact.
In addition to her core roles, Agata actively contributes to professional communities and discussions on thought leadership, operational effectiveness and global cooperation.
