Brittany Kaiser

Brittany Kaiser is the Chief Executive Officer of AlphaTON Capital (Nasdaq: ATON), a company bridging institutional capital with the Telegram-based crypto ecosystem.

She is an internationally recognized data rights activist, author, and whistleblower best known for her pivotal role in exposing the Cambridge Analytica and Facebook data scandal. As a former director of business development at Cambridge Analytica, she came forward in 2018 to reveal how millions of Facebook users’ personal data had been harvested without consent and used to influence elections around the world, including the 2016 U.S. presidential race and the Brexit referendum. Her testimony before the UK Parliament, the U.S. Congress, and European policymakers positioned her at the center of the global debate on data privacy, democracy, and the future of technology. She is featured prominently in the Academy Award–nominated Netflix documentary The Great Hack, which brought worldwide attention to the dangers of unchecked data exploitation. Following her whistleblowing, Kaiser co-founded the Own Your Data Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to digital literacy and training young people to protect their data. She also launched the #OwnYourData movement, advocating for individuals to take control of their personal information and for governments to legislate stronger protections in the digital age. In addition to her advocacy, she is the author of Targeted: My Inside Story of Cambridge Analytica and How Trump, Brexit and Facebook Broke Democracy, where she details her personal journey and offers an insider perspective on the misuse of big data in politics. Kaiser has served as a Sub-Committee member of the Congressional Select Committee on Blockchain, Fintech and Digital Innovation, having co-authored and helped pass over 40 laws on data ownership, digital assets and blockchain technology. She sits on the board of, or as an advisor to, many companies across industries, working on data ethics, strategy and privacy protocols.

A renowned thought leader and public speaker, she is represented by CAA and has spoken at prestigious events held at the United Nations, the European and British Parliaments, the G20, and WebSummit, as well as guest lecturing at universities such as Harvard, Oxford and Columbia. She holds an undergraduate and MA with honors in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh, an LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of London Birkbeck College of Law, and an MPhil in International Law from Middlesex University.
