Amanda Schumacher

Dame Amanda Schumacher is a visionary business leader, philanthropist, and humanitarian with over two decades of global impact across business, nonprofit, and civic sectors.

Amanda is Founder and CEO of multiple mission-driven organizations dedicated to human rights, education, empowerment, and economic opportunity with a proven record in international philanthropy, resource development, and strategic movement building, with a lifelong commitment to community, sovereignty, and service.

In 2006, Amanda founded Tree of Life Foundation International, Inc., where she serves as President. The Foundation consolidates gifts, talents, and resources within the twenty-two branches, distributing resources worldwide through Tree of Life Resource Centers and empowering support for global communities. She also founded Tree of Life Enterprise Services, which provides employment services with all profits supporting the Foundation. The Foundation allocates 100% of all proceeds and donations to the individuals and organizations supported by all branches. Global Heart Awards presented by the Foundation recognize outstanding philanthropic contributions from businesses, individuals, and Ambassadors around the world.

Amanda is the CEO of Schumacher Auto Group, Founder and President of Schumacher University, President of We Insure Schumacher Insurance, CEO and President of Global Elite Solutions Investments, and President and Founder of Freedom in the World, plus global movements including Freedom Summit and Constitutional Strategic Alliance.

Amanda actively participates on advisory boards for organizations including Palm Beach Island Hospice Foundation, American Red Cross, Palm Beach Republican Club, Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, Boys and Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, Center for Creative Education, Florida Easter Seals, Oxbridge Academy, Palm Beach Day Academy, Palm Beach Zoo, and others.

Her achievements have been in featured publications including Palm Beach Illustrated Palm Beach 100 Business Leaders, Modern Luxury Palm Beach Dynamic Women, and Automotive News. Amanda received the 2021 Executive Summit Best Idea Award by Driving Sales, African Leadership Organization’s 2023 Inspirational Leadership Award, Akim Award, and the 2025 Palm Beach Atlantic University Women of Distinction Award. Amanda was recognized by Moms of America and Human Kind Institute Fashion 4 Development.  In 2025, Amanda was inducted into the dynasty order of Damehood by the Royal Order of Francis I.

Amanda has been married to Charles Schumacher for thirty-five years and she is the mother of five children and three grandchildren. This is her crowning achievement.
