Education and Knowledge as Pillars of Coexistence, Inclusion, Peace, and Flourishing
Education and the responsible circulation of knowledge constitute a foundational pillar of the mission of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC). In a world marked by rapid technological transformation and increasing societal complexity, IASC promotes education as a shared civic infrastructure—essential to coexistence, inclusion, peace, and the long-term flourishing of humanity and the planet. Our educational vision integrates scientific excellence, ethical reflection, cultural dialogue, and accessible learning pathways, fostering informed participation and shared responsibility across generations and geographies.
Within this framework, IASC is pleased to announce a strategic collaboration with ICB for the creation of the IASC World Changers City of Knowledge in the metaverse—an immersive, open, and interdisciplinary educational ecosystem designed to translate complex scientific and ethical concepts into engaging, inclusive learning experiences.
The first tangible outcome of this collaboration is the Quantum Space and the AI-responsive 3D character Prof. Quantum, conceived as an interactive guide to quantum science, emerging technologies, and ethical inquiry. These innovations will be officially presented during Quantum Week Dubai on 7 April, and will further constitute a core component of the C4IR Saudi Quantum Hero’s Journey at the King Salman Science Oasis, running from 5 to 14 April.
Through these initiatives, IASC advances a new educational paradigm—one that is immersive yet rigorous, technologically advanced yet human-centered—positioning education as a living bridge between science, ethics, and society, and as a decisive lever for peace, inclusion, and collective flourishing.
