The Quantum Hero’s Journey- King Salman Science Oasis
The month opens in Riyadh with the immersive launch of the Quantum Hero’s Journey.
Under the guidance of C4IR Saudi Arabia (WEF affiliate)y, IASC World Changers, in partnership with ICB Verse, curates the Metaverse section of the Quantum Heroes Journey, presenting the digital interactive figure of Prof. Quantum within the IASC World Changers City of Knowledge. This educational ecosystem introduces children and youth to quantum science through:

• An immersive physical learning environment
• A metaverse-enabled interactive journey
• Age-adapted storytelling and guided exploration
• The Quantum Passport certification pathway
  This foundational moment transforms quantum from abstraction into curiosity, comprehension, and aspiration — laying the educational cornerstone of the entire month.

8–10 APRIL – DUBAI
Quantum Innovation Summit Week
Innovation & Industry Convergence
Under the guidance of Vernewell Group
From 8 to 10 April, during Quantum Innovation Summit Week in Dubai, the dialogue advances into the domain of global industry, finance, and frontier technologies.
The Quantum Week Gala convenes leaders in:

• Advanced computing
• AI–quantum convergence
• Digital finance
• Post-quantum security
• Strategic investment ecosystems

Here, quantum is framed not merely as emerging science, but as transformative infrastructure reshaping markets, technological architectures, and international competitiveness. Innovation becomes the second pillar —

12 APRIL – RIYADH
Saudi Quantum Day
Strategic Infrastructure & Governance Under the guidance of C4IR Saudi Arabia. Returning to Riyadh, the focus deepens into the governance dimension of quantum technologies. Saudi Quantum Day convenes an invitation-only summit bringing together global leaders in science, policy, and innovation to address:

• Quantum as national strategic capability
• Secure communications and post-quantum cybersecurity
• Strategic infrastructure resilience
• Ethical governance of emerging power technologies In the evening, the dialogue continues with a highly curated IASC World Changers Gala Dinner at the historic setting of Diriyah, a landmark in the heart of Riyadh.
  The evening celebrates Saudi Vision 2030, affirming Saudi Arabia’s leadership within the emerging global quantum ecosystem and reinforcing international cooperation at the highest institutional level. Governance and strategic alignment form the third pillar of the arc.

24 APRIL – TIRANA

The Quantum Balkan Inaugural Gala

The European Culmination of Global Quantum Month

The arc culminates in Tirana with the formal seeding of the Quantum Balkan Initiative.

Hosted in the heart of Tirana, within the refined architectural and cultural setting of Villa Bardha, and graciously welcomed by Donika Barda, this inaugural gala represents far more than a celebratory evening.

This is the moment where:

• The Balkans enter the structured global quantum dialogue
• Regional collaboration frameworks are initiated
