The Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC) is pleased to announce that Marco Camisani Calzolari has joined IASC World Changers as Ambassador, and as Special Envoy and Board Member for the IASC Constitutional Federation for Peace, Human Regeneration & Earth Flourishing.

This appointment strengthens IASC’s constitutional and governance agenda at a decisive moment—when artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and the wider digital ecosystem increasingly shape democratic resilience, public trust, and the protection of fundamental rights.

A leading strategist in ethical AI, cybersecurity, and digital governance

Marco Camisani Calzolari is internationally recognized for his work at the intersection of ethical AI, cybersecurity, and public-sector governance. He advises senior public officials, CEOs, and institutional leaders on high-impact decisions related to AI risk, digital transformation, reputational resilience, and risk prevention in regulated and high-visibility environments.
His profile integrates government advisory roles, AI governance work, academic engagement, and public communication—translating complex technological risks into actionable decision frameworks for leaders, institutions, and society.

First act as Special Envoy: Berlin’s World Forum on Democracy, AI/Tech and Humankind
As his first official act in this new capacity, Marco will be present in Berlin for THE WORLD FORUM on the Future of Democracy, AI/Tech and Humankind (15–17 February 2026) at Hotel Adlon / Brandenburg Gate, contributing to the Forum’s high-level dialogue on democracy, technology governance, peace, justice, and the future of humankind.
The Forum convenes global leaders and experts to advance proposals and policy directions on AI governance, social media accountability, democratic safeguards, and modern legislation—aligned with IASC’s commitment to constitutional responsibility in the AI and quantum age.
In this context, Marco will join conversations that—according to the Forum program—feature exceptional contributors including Hillary Rodham Clinton, Yuval Noah Harari (recorded contribution), Oleksandra Matviichuk (Nobel Peace Prize laureate), and Geoffrey Robertson KC, among others.
The week also includes the Cinema for Peace & Democracy Gala on Monday, 16 February 2026, hosted at Hotel Adlon—an international convening point for public leadership, culture, and civic responsibility.

A contribution to constitutional guarantees in the AI era

Within the IASC Constitutional Federation initiative, Marco Camisani Calzolari brings strategic expertise in:
• Ethical AI architecture and governance
• Institutional cyber-resilience and systemic risk prevention
• Public trust and democratic safeguards
• Responsible communication in high-impact technology environments

His appointment reflects IASC World Changers’ conviction that constitutional frameworks must evolve to address the new conditions of power created by AI, data infrastructures, and emerging technologies—so that innovation serves peace, human regeneration, and Earth flourishing.

“Marco’s experience and integrity reinforce our commitment to build constitutional guarantees that keep pace with technological power—placing human dignity, democratic resilience, and ethical governance at the center,” said Prof. Gabriele Pao-Pei Andreoli, President of IASC World Changers.

IASC World Changers welcomes Marco Camisani Calzolari to this mission and looks forward to his contribution—beginning in Berlin—as we advance a shared constitutional vision for peace, regeneration, and the flourishing of our common home.
