Alberto Contu is a scholar and author whose work explores the philosophical foundations of constitutionalism, federalism, and the ethical architecture of governance. As co-author of World Federal Constitutionalism and Power Technologies in the Quantum Age: An Ethical-Garantist Compendium for World Peace, he has contributed to the development of IASC’s normative vision for peace, cooperation, and institutional renewal in the age of emerging technologies. 

Within IASC World Changers, his appointment reflects the strategic need to consolidate a rigorous constitutional framework capable of translating principles—dignity, guarantees, accountability, and cooperation—into actionable institutional designs, policy language, and scholarly outputs aligned with international dialogue.
