Hazleen Ahmad is a global impact investor and ecosystem builder with more than three decades of leadership across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Her work sits at the intersection of applied neuroscience, inclusive leadership and sustainable innovation, with a particular focus on women, youth and neurodiversity. 
As founder of international initiatives dedicated to kindness, neurodiversity and regenerative leadership, she has pioneered models that translate empathy into measurable systems for equity, access and opportunity. 
A lifelong advocate for experiential learning, Hazleen has built global communities that empower women and young people through challenge, adventure and shared purpose. 
At IASC, as Director for Young Strategic Projects, she guides the design of youth-focused programmes, helps connect next-generation leaders with global platforms, and supports the integration of ethical, human-centred values into all IASC World Changers initiatives.
