Italian Presentation of a Vision for the Future of Humanity

On 21 October 2025, in the distinguished setting of Palazzo Brancaccio in Rome, the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC) and the World Changers network hosted the Italian presentation of the book Transcendence: Quantum Computing, AI, and the Future of Humanity.

The volume, authored by Prof. Dr. Gabriele Pao-Pei Andreoli and enriched by the contributions of Karl Nagy and Mete Al (Mete AI), is introduced by the preface of H.E. Mons. Vincenzo Paglia. His spiritual and ethical guidance calls for every development in artificial and quantum intelligence to be anchored in an anthropology of responsibility, solidarity, and care for life—principles that permeate the entire work and define its profound humanistic orientation.

Sr. Myriam Castelli, with her longstanding commitment to dialogue between faith, society, and the media, gave voice to the central message of the book: technological progress must remain deeply human, inclusive, and oriented toward service to the common good. Her presence helped to frame Transcendence as a bridge between institutions, cultures, and generations.

The evening was elegantly moderated by Valeria Altobelli, whose sensitivity and professionalism contributed to creating a refined, engaging, and internationally attentive context for the discussion.

In continuity with the book’s exploration of the relationship between consciousness, data, and emerging technologies, the presentation was enriched by the innovative contribution of Prof. Filippo Gregoretti, Yair Levy, and Brain.Space, symbolizing a frontier where neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and human experience can interact in a respectful, exploratory, and generative manner.

An exceptional artistic dimension was offered by Maestro Olen Cesari, whose performance translated the themes of Transcendence into music: an encounter between tradition and innovation, emotional depth and visionary research. His interpretation transformed the presentation into an immersive cultural and spiritual experience, fully coherent with the book’s call to unite beauty, knowledge, and responsibility.

The 21 October Rome presentation affirmed Transcendence not merely as a book, but as a platform for scientific diplomacy, ethical reflection, and cultural collaboration. Around its pages gathered religious and academic authorities, innovators, entrepreneurs, artists, and institutional partners, united by the shared conviction that the future of artificial and synthetic intelligence, quantum computing, and advanced technologies must be shaped with conscience, competence, and compassion.

IASC and the World Changers extend their heartfelt gratitude to all participants and contributors—for their trust, their presence, and their commitment to building together a future in which technology truly serves humanity.
