Dr. Artur Koziol

Dr. Artur Kozioł, the dedicated Mayor of Wieliczka, Poland. His leadership of 17 years in Wieliczka, home of the iconic Salt Mine, demonstrates his unyielding commitment to local communities and sustainable development.

Dr. Kozioł’s expertise in local services management has positively influenced not only Wieliczka but also numerous communities worldwide, as he’s actively involved in organizing international scientific conferences on sustainability.

His outstanding contributions have earned him significant recognition, such as the Pontifical Order of Saint Sylvester, conferred by Pope Francis for co-organizing the World Youth Day 2016. His unrelenting support for Ukrainian refugees, exemplified in establishing an Aid Center for Ukraine in Grabie, won him “The Cross of Freedom”.

Today, it is our privilege to present him with the Outstanding Humanitarian Effort Award, honoring his exemplary service, dedication to sustainable development, and unwavering pursuit of social justice. Let us commend Dr. Artur Kozioł for his inspiring actions and enduring impact on communities globally.

  • Mrs. Feta is the Executive Direcetor of the ‘Institute for Advance Studies & Cooperation’ and has also worked for three years at the Ministry of Finance and Economy in Albania in the Treasury Department. She is well acquainted with the financial legislation on which a government operates and with the entire executive process. She also has diverse experience as an assistant lector at “Epoka University”, a jurnalist and researcher at “Albanian Enterprise Institute” and “Gramoz Pashko Institute”.
